[Results] 6 weeks on 0.5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring
Week 24 update. 40kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 64.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.
Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.
best — the order this archive was captured in
What are you comparing it against though?
Week 90 for me and the honest summary is: 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
glycaemic control first, that is the original indication

type 2 is the indication, weight loss is the side effect
Strongly agree. A1c matters as much as weight.
Yeah, glycaemic control is the original use.
the A1c change is the signal
Came off after 68 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
CGM traces tell a story, numbers alone do not
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
CGM traces tell a story, numbers alone do not
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
This is correct. Hypo risk is real.
Did anything else change in the same window?
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

A1c, CGM, stacking with metformin
How many weeks between the two measurements?
post A1c with units and assay date
hypoglycaemia risk when stacked with A1c
