[Lab] split one vial across Medutest and Janoshik — 96.2% and 97.4%
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 0.25mg to 10mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 23 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have sulphur burps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 55 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
the quiet is real. the food noise just stops.
This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.
Cosigning. The slow route gets the outcome, the fast route gets you the side effects.

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
okay but what dose of sema are you on
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
My nausea was worst at 5mg and better at 15mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to
What was the method? "HPLC" is a technique, not a method.

Yeah, 47 weeks on 0.5mg, same pattern, same timing.
the injection-site soreness passes. i promise. not medical advice.
Not to be pedantic but food noise and plateau are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Yeah, 29 weeks on 2.5mg, same pattern, same timing.
week 64 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
Did you time the injection consistently each week or was it more ad hoc?

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.
my TSH moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 83.

Disagree on that part. 97.9% and 97.6% on the same vial is normal.
What colour is the pen? Wegovy and Ozempic use different formulations.
