comment on [Lab] my running table: 34 tests, 11 vendors, three years in c/labresults · 4 points · 17 days ago

the VendorInvestigate and PeptideMeter results differ by 4 points, both inside inter-lab variance

comment on [Lane Report] Tianjin → Canada, 14 days, two of three vials cracked in c/intlshipping · 39 points · 19 days ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

comment on light exposure matters more for some compounds than others and nobody tabulates it in c/coldchain · 2 points · 29 days ago

Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 94.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

below-spec results get logged, not dismissed

This result fits the template perfectly. Logged.

comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether ice pack is why in c/coldchain · 7 points · 1 months ago

data logger is the standard, gut feeling is not

comment on STEP 1 was -14.9% average and i keep having to remind myself average means average in c/semaglutide · 93 points · 1 months ago

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

comment on three years of EMS threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/intlshipping · 19 points · 1 months ago

Customs held the package for 23 days. No problems, just time. Factor it into expectations.

permalink

comment on someone explain plateau to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/semaglutide · 7 points · 1 months ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

permalink

comment on the prior authorization question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/insurancefights · 64 points · 1 months ago

step therapy documentation is the weapon, use it

permalink

comment on [PSA] batch is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/labresults · 57 points · 2 months ago

the 93.7% result confirmed the vendor claim, that is the signal

permalink

comment on denial — my 12-week log, condensed into one table in c/insurancefights · 3 points · 2 months ago

prior auth criteria are state-specific, external review differs

permalink

comment on am I the only one who found below spec harder than the injections in c/labresults · 4 points · 2 months ago

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

permalink

comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on packaging in c/coldchain · 18 points · 2 months ago

Customs clearance took 6 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.

permalink

comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether packaging is why in c/coldchain · 0 points · 2 months ago

Strongly agree. Peak temperature is not the whole story.

permalink

comment on does excursion actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/coldchain · 2 points · 3 months ago

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

permalink

comment on small win: appeal stopped being a problem at week 5 in c/insurancefights · 28 points · 3 months ago

This is correct. Appeal letters work.
