stalled for 9 weeks at 5mg and I refuse to panic this time

Meta Receipts ×4 Long Haul ×2 Cold Box ×3

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom.

I have been tracking 2.4mg against triglycerides for 5 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker than I expected, which is itself mildly interesting given how confidently people link the two in here.

Caveats up front: one person, one lab, one assay, no control, and I changed my training in the middle of it, which was stupid.

tl;dr: probably real, definitely smaller than the threads imply, and not worth reorganising your week around.

What colour is the pen? Wegovy and Ozempic use different formulations.

Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.

the fatigue passes. i promise. not medical advice.

Is that purity or net peptide content? They are not the same number.

Adding to this: Ozempic is doing more work than the comment implies.

Small correction: the trial was 10 weeks, not 28. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with plateau, not with what you concluded.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Ozempic versus Wegovy versus research grade is the wrong argument, they are literally the same molecule

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

titration speed is Ozempic plus side effects, period

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to

stalled at 12.5mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway

Hard agree. Week 42 me needed this. Week 91 me is nodding smugly.
