[Question] triple agonist — what am I missing here

Question Cold Box ×8 Sourced ×3

Been lurking in c/sideeffects for about 7 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 42, 15mg, and triple agonist is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 19 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 48.

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 99.3% weight loss but the nausea profile on the highest arm was rough. Phase 2 != phase 3.

the weight curves are unusually steep, which makes predicting individual response harder

triple agonism is phase 2, do not generalise

Crossposting this to c/customs because the people who need it are not reading this community.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

About c/retatrutide

Retatrutide: GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonism, the TRIUMPH programme, and the fact that most people discussing it are handling research-grade material with no human-use approval anywhere. Dose-response, heart-rate signal, and the unusually steep phase-2 weight curves get argued about here weekly.

  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
