Mechanistically the bit that matters is insulin resistance. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Maintenance for 3 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Came off after 94 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
