fertility is the most under-discussed thing in c/darkspot

Been lurking in c/labresults for about 20 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 42, 10mg, and fertility is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 19 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 48.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

The questions the trials under-powered: PCOS and insulin resistance, cycle changes, fertility signal and contraception interactions, perimenopause and menopause weight physiology, and the fact that the pregnancy answer is always "not while trying, talk to your clinician".
