gastric emptying. That is the whole post, but I will justify it. Everything else people worry about in c/intlshipping is downstream of it. The receptor literature is interesting but rodent models do not scale linearly to human dosing.

Small correction: the trial was 10 weeks, not 8. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
