tried resistance training for 4 weeks. here is what happened.

Results Slow Clap ×9

Confession thread, sort of.

I went from 2.4mg to 0.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 14 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.

So now I have injection-site soreness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.

Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 65 reads it before doing the same thing.

Genuine question — what concentration were you at?

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

This is an urgent-care question wearing a forum question's clothes. Please contact a clinician rather than waiting for replies.

Week 74 for me and the honest summary is: 25kg down, reflux manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

Lean-mass retention during rapid weight loss: protein targets, resistance-training minimums, DEXA and BIA measurement reality, FFMI tracking, and the sarcopenia question that nobody funded a proper trial for.

c/glp1muscle rules
  1. Body-composition claims need a method. Bathroom BIA scales are not a method.
  2. Protein targets in g/kg, not "lots".
  3. No supplement selling, no coaching solicitation.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
