switched from 5mg to 2.5mg and the reflux got better, not worse

Milestone

Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.

Setup: 12.5mg, week 27, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — weight — and tracked it for 4 weeks.

Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Stalled for 6 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 58.

This is correct. Long-term logs matter.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Week 46 for me and the honest summary is: 20kg down, muscle cramps manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

About c/dosinglogs

Public dosing logs kept over months and years: dose, date, weight, waist, side effects, labs. The value is in the boring consistency, so log posts are updated rather than reposted and the community rewards the people still updating at week 90.
