my fasting insulin moved and I cannot work out whether API source is why
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 1.0mg to 15mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 2 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have injection-site soreness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 39 reads it before doing the same thing.

Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
API transparency is the question that separates good compounders from sketchy ones
The telehealth + compounding combo cost compounding plus 17% markup. Not cheap but covered by insurance depending on state.
Did they tell you their API source or dodge the question?
