[Question] batch — what am I missing here

Question

Week 13 update. 4kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 53.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

the batch number or it did not happen

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 47 weeks to accept.

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Strongly agree. Mass% and area% are answering different questions on the same document.

redact your own name, not the vendor's batch details

The chromatogram trace is where the real information lives. The summary number is just a headline.

Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.

the counterion is part of the mass you paid for

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 82 weeks to accept.

post the whole document, not the headline number

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 8–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Adding to this: COA is doing more work than the comment implies.

Water content was 3.8%, acetate was 6.2%, purity was 99%, but net peptide was only 90% of the label weight. Perfectly honest, just chemistry.

How to read a certificate of analysis and what it does and does not tell you. Area% versus mass%, identity versus quantity, water content, related substances, acetate counterions, and the difference between a vendor-supplied COA and an independent test on the vial you actually received.

c/coa rules
  1. Post the full document. Cropped COAs that hide the batch number or date get removed.
  2. Redact your own name and order id, not the vendor's batch details.
  3. No "is this good?" without saying what the compound and claimed purity are.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
