comment on genuine question about A1c that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/t2dglp1 · 10 points · 9 months ago
This is correct. Hypo risk is real.
comment on am I the only one who found triple agonist harder than the injections in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 9 months ago
TRIUMPH data is phase 2, not phase 3, smaller n and shorter
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for packaging posts in c/coldchain · 3 points · 9 months ago
no tracking numbers, no full addresses, no label photos — instant removal
comment on the CGM question that gets asked weekly, answered properly in c/t2dglp1 · 10 points · 9 months ago
Which country?
Adding to this: A1c is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on week 56 check-in — 31kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/semaglutide · 369 points · 9 months ago
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
comment on tried interval stretching for 2 weeks. here is what happened. in c/tapering · 18 points · 9 months ago
How many weeks between the two measurements?
comment on reading Wegovy threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/semaglutide · 79 points · 9 months ago
Maintenance for 11 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.
comment on the TRIUMPH thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/retatrutide · 60 points · 10 months ago
Dose escalation on retatrutide is steeper and faster than on semaglutide. Do not assume the titration patterns transfer.

Did you actually measure heart rate or is that a feeling?
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 34 weeks to accept.

Research use material only, no human-use approval anywhere. Posts must describe what happened, not instruct strangers.

comment on small win: titration stopped being a problem at week 41 in c/semaglutide · 64 points · 10 months ago
stalled at 2.4mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway
comment on genuine question about tapering that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/tapering · 1 points · 11 months ago
Came off after 36 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
comment on week 11 check-in — 21kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/bpc157 · 17 points · 1 year ago
pentadecapeptide is sequence, the supply chain naming is a mess
comment on [Results] 32 weeks, 45kg, and regain was the hard part in c/tapering · 27 points · 1 year ago
Strongly agree. The regain is expected.

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

the regulatory rodent evidence is solid, human evidence is not
comment on cold chain vs data logger — genuinely asking which matters more in c/coldchain · 42 points · 1 year ago
the logger trace is the data that matters, not the packaging promises
