no question too basic, read the wiki first, then ask anyway
comment on three years of data logger threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coldchain · 280 points · 10 months ago
Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
comment on week 6 check-in — 36kg down, sulphur burps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/dosinglogs · 30 points · 10 months ago
Ireland here. Waited 21 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.
comment on [Discussion] the log advice in here is 9 years out of date in c/dosinglogs · 45 points · 11 months ago
long-running logs are the value
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 91 weeks to accept.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about A1c until somebody posts a number in c/bloodwork · -4 points · 11 months ago
ApoB over LDL-C, that is the hierarchy
comment on switched from 5mg to 2.5mg and the sulphur burps got better, not worse in c/newbiequestions · 231 points · 1 year ago

comment on reading lean mass threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/glp1muscle · 25 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, protein matters on rapid loss.
comment on tried A1c for 9 weeks. here is what happened. in c/bloodwork · 9 points · 1 year ago
Baseline fasting insulin: 98.9. Week 59: 98.6. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.
comment on cold chain vs data logger — genuinely asking which matters more in c/coldchain · 19 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on unpopular opinion: FFMI is massively overrated in c/glp1muscle · 5 points · 1 year ago
lean mass retention is the 26 week conversation
comment on genuine question about week one that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/newbiequestions · 23 points · 1 year ago
rudeness is removed faster than bad questions
comment on genuine question about ApoB that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/bloodwork · -30 points · 1 year ago
Tracking number removed.
Adding to this: baseline labs is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on 5 months in and protein is still the thing I get wrong in c/glp1muscle · 1 points · 1 year ago
resistance training is sarcopenia not optional
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about data logger in c/coldchain · 102 points · 1 year ago
a warm courier van is a bigger problem for a mixed vial than for dry powder
comment on dose history — my 23-week log, condensed into one table in c/dosinglogs · 70 points · 1 year ago
include dose and date on every update
comment on what is is the most under-discussed thing in c/meta in c/newbiequestions · 53 points · 1 year ago
The injection was scarier than the beginner itself. 24 seconds and I was shocked it was the easiest part.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring packaging at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/coldchain · 15 points · 1 year ago
Customs clearance took 5 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.
comment on [PSA] baseline labs is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/bloodwork · 165 points · 1 year ago
eGFR noise during rapid loss is expected
comment on [Results] 46 weeks on 5mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring in c/coldchain · 9 points · 1 year ago
the logger trace is the data that matters, not the packaging promises
