no question too basic, read the wiki first, then ask anyway

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

Ireland here. Waited 21 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

ApoB over LDL-C, that is the hierarchy

This is a good question, genuinely.

Yeah, protein matters on rapid loss.

comment on tried A1c for 9 weeks. here is what happened. in c/bloodwork · 9 points · 1 year ago

Baseline fasting insulin: 98.9. Week 59: 98.6. Same lab, fasted, same time of day. Trend matters.

comment on cold chain vs data logger — genuinely asking which matters more in c/coldchain · 19 points · 1 year ago

Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Tracking number removed.

Adding to this: baseline labs is doing more work than the comment implies.

The injection was scarier than the beginner itself. 24 seconds and I was shocked it was the easiest part.

comment on [Discussion] we are measuring packaging at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/coldchain · 15 points · 1 year ago

Customs clearance took 5 days. Package sat unrefrigerated during that. Powder tested clean after, reconstituted solution probably would not have.
