the 15mg is the top of the pen, not the required dose

comment on [Discussion] satiety is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/cagrilintide · 1 points · 1 year ago

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

comment on dual agonist: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/tirzepatide · 3 points · 1 year ago

Strongly agree. Tirz is better than sema is not a claim without a comparator dose.

comment on TGA — 21 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/glp1aus · 43 points · 1 year ago

Came off after 49 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

pregnancy and trying-to-conceive get clinician pointer, not community advice

comment on small win: satiety stopped being a problem at week 25 in c/cagrilintide · 42 points · 1 year ago

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different.

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

The satiety on amylin analogs is described as physically different. GLP-1 reduces appetite noise, amylin does co-agonism.

CagriSema ratios in trials are fixed, do not extrapolate self-mixing

comment on Australia — my 7-week log, condensed into one table in c/glp1aus · 52 points · 2 years ago

Crossposting this to c/labresults because the people who need it are not reading this community.

comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for 503A posts in c/compounding · 30 points · 2 years ago

Yeah, 503A and 503B are different regulatory animals.

comment on [Question] Poland — has anyone got a straight answer on 503B in c/compounding · 55 points · 2 years ago

The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.

comment on help me understand 503A, I have read the wiki twice in c/compounding · 14 points · 2 years ago

regulatory claims need a citation to the actual rule, not interpretation

Adding to this: API source is doing more work than the comment implies.

comment on my ApoB moved and I cannot work out whether 503A is why in c/compounding · 0 points · 2 years ago

API transparency is the question that separates good compounders from sketchy ones

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

no pharmacy referral codes, naming is fine, recruiting is not

comment on [Vendor] QST order #6 — Denmark, 3 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/tirzepatide · 1.7k points · 2 years ago

Slight fix: the number was 97.2, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
