This is correct. Triple agonism is genuinely different.

Sweden here. Waited 5 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

comment on [Question] New Zealand — has anyone got a straight answer on dose escalation in c/retatrutide · 27 points · 1 year ago

Small correction: the trial was 16 weeks, not 11. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Removed a chain here.

Adding to this: hepatic fat is doing more work than the comment implies.

Yeah, Spain rules are not global.

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.

Not to be pedantic but small molecule and oral GLP-1 are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this

Mechanistically the bit that matters is declared value. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

retatrutide is not approved anywhere for human use, posts must not read as instructions

comment on week 51 check-in — 12kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/retatrutide · 1 points · 2 years ago

TRIUMPH phase 2 showed 99.0% weight loss but the reflux profile on the highest arm was rough.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
