Small correction: the trial was 24 weeks, not 11. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Week 34 for me and the honest summary is: 5kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
