[Vendor] QST order #20 — Denmark, 39 days, no drama, receipts inside
Right, the SURPASS question again, but with numbers this time.
I have 8 data points over 28 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.
The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 51, not week 5. People give up long before the interesting part.
Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing

Disagree on that part. 99.3% and 93.7% on the same vial is normal.

Adding to this: dual agonist is doing more work than the comment implies.
week 86 on Mounjaro and the appetite profile is genuinely different from sema
the 15mg is the top of the pen, not the required dose
Vial-splitting is on-topic here. Do not ask about pen-cracking, that goes in c/reconstitution.
the appetite change on tirz is more than just reduced hunger, it is different machinery
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
My ferritin moved faster on tirz than on sema at the same timepoint, which matches what people report.
the muscle cramps from tirz is different, not necessarily worse
do not crack the pen, we have been over this
dual agonism is 15mg, do not generalise from semaglutide
Is that on Mounjaro pens or research tirzepatide?
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
week 66 on Mounjaro and the appetite profile is genuinely different from sema
dual agonism is GIP, do not generalise from semaglutide
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
Did the reflux feel the same as on tirz or genuinely different?
stalled on sema, tried tirz, and the curves were actually different shapes
Zepbound and Mounjaro are literally the same drug, the name is the only difference
Did you stay on semaglutide or switch? The outcome is different if you are comparing.
nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing
the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point
Strongly agree. Tirz is better than sema is not a claim without a comparator dose.
Yeah, dual agonism does produce a different appetite profile than GLP-1 alone.
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
Not to be pedantic but SURPASS and SURMOUNT are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
