Canada here. 15mg works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US. nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing

This matches the trial data. SURMOUNT-1 was 99.2% body weight at 11 weeks.
