small win: tapering stopped being a problem at week 30
interval stretching. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/coa is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort interval stretching out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 15 months. My triglycerides was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
Maintenance for 6 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

The early fullness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Not to be pedantic but interval stretching and appetite return are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

What are you comparing it against though?
Came off after 92 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.
