interval stretching. That is the whole post, but I will justify it. Everything else people worry about in c/coa is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort interval stretching out first, and almost nobody does. I say this having got it wrong for 15…

The early fullness was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.

Not to be pedantic but interval stretching and appetite return are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
