Week 85 update. 31kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 42.
Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.
The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Resting heart rate up 13 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

early fullness at 0.5mg is different from 1.0mg
Yeah, the sulphur burps hit on day 6 for me too, not day 1.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 15 weeks and they stopped
week 23 and the sulphur burps is finally getting better
