why does nobody talk about weekly dosing
Confession thread, sort of. I went from 12.5mg to 5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 8 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway. So now I have reflux I did…
How long were you at 2.4mg before you moved up?
Went up because the scale stalled, not because I needed to. Do not be me. The stall broke on its own at the higher dose.
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 10mg after 88 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
Strongly agree.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
Strongly agree.
Adding to this: weekly dosing is doing more work than the comment implies.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
Ozempic versus Wegovy versus research grade is the wrong argument, they are literally the same molecule

stalled at 1.7mg, went up, and regretted it, the stall would have broken anyway
