Genuinely asking, not being difficult. Everyone in c/coldchain repeats that titration is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 3 threads of people agreeing with each other. Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because…

Right, and the corollary is that stopping escalation does not reset your tolerance, it just pauses the clock.

Week 95 for me and the honest summary is: 43kg down, sulphur burps manageable, and the quiet happened around week 23.

This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.
