thymosin — my 9-week log, condensed into one table

Caution Slow Clap ×1 The Quiet One ×3 Clean Column ×2

I have had 18 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe.

Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 32 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February.

The independent number came back 98.4% against a claimed 98.6%, which I read as agreement rather than a discrepancy — inter-lab variance on this assay is a point or two either way and treating one lab as ground truth is how people end up in pointless arguments with vendors.

Batch number is in the comments. Ask if you want the method.

Crossposting this to c/progresspics because the people who need it are not reading this community.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 85 weeks to accept.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 7–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.

Strongly agree. Evidence level matters.

Second this question. I have wondered about thymosin for 6 months and never seen a straight answer.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.

Maintenance for 7 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Which country? Half the answers in this thread only apply in Spain.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

c/researchpeptides rules
  1. Research use only. Handling and analysis, not administration.
  2. Name the compound precisely. "TB-500" and "Thymosin Beta-4" are not the same product.
  3. Evidence-level statements required: in vitro, rodent, or human.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
