the secretagogue thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down

Question Long Haul ×6 Sourced ×1

Right, the TB-500 question again, but with numbers this time.

I have 12 data points over 22 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign.

The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am describing showed up at week 95, not week 49. People give up long before the interesting part.

Interested in whether this matches other people's logs or whether I am an outlier.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is handling. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Came off after 5 weeks for financial reasons. Regained about a third over the following year. Back on now at a much lower dose.

Yeah, identity is the first question.

Stalled for 6 weeks, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 63.

Adding to this: TB-500 is doing more work than the comment implies.

Second this question. I have wondered about handling for 2 months and never seen a straight answer.

Strongly agree. Evidence level matters.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
