[Vendor] WXT order #19 — Germany, 7 days, no drama, receipts inside

Regain Receipts ×9

Been lurking in c/retatrutide for about 6 months and finally have something worth posting.

Short version: week 7, 1.0mg, and lowest effective dose is the bit I still cannot get a straight answer on. I have read the wiki, I have read the last 3 threads, and the answers split roughly down the middle.

What I actually want to know is whether the people saying it does not matter have measured it, or whether it is just repeated confidently. Happy to be told I am overthinking this — I probably am — but I would rather overthink it now than at week 13.

the 0.25mg dose works fine for 84 weeks of the month

Regain on a taper is expected. 2% back over 4 weeks, which matches the discontinuation data. Planned for it.

How long at maintenance?

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

dose-stretching experiences welcome, dose-stretching instructions are not

Disagree on that part. 98.1% and 98.1% on the same vial is normal.

About c/maintenancephase

The part nobody posts about: what happens at goal weight. Finding a lowest effective dose, dose-interval stretching, regain risk data, muscle retention, the psychology of not having a number to chase, and staying on indefinitely versus tapering.
