Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud. The advice on dose stretching in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers…
Tried the lowest-effective approach. 12.5mg worked for 16 weeks, then cravings returned. 7.5mg was the actual floor.
Not to be pedantic but goal weight and maintenance are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
regain after taper is expected, plan for it
the lowest dose you can stay on is not the lowest dose that works
Did you stretch the dose interval?
