Everyone in c/glp1uk repeats that HPLC is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 21 threads of people agreeing with each other.
Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

Ran the same vial on two columns, different purity, both right, different separation. Method matters more than equipment.
Slight fix: the number was 99.1, not 96.8. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

A shoulder on the main peak that 11 analysts integrated 8 different ways. Same trace, 98.1 spread.
