my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether stopped is why
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 2.5mg to 1.0mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 2 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have constipation I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 12 reads it before doing the same thing.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Small correction: the trial was 23 weeks, not 36. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Crossposting this to c/labresults because the people who need it are not reading this community.
What was the batch number and which service?

Adding to this: stopped is doing more work than the comment implies.
The confident tone is doing a lot of work that the evidence is not.
the lesson is the point
The constipation was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. I know that is not useful information, but it is what happened.
What are you comparing it against though?
Week 50 for me and the honest summary is: 46kg down, nausea manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.
still evidence-based: what went wrong, when, proof
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
tests that came back 98.0%
Small correction: the trial was 15 weeks, not 10. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
The thing nobody prepared me for was the quiet. Not the appetite, the quiet. The constant negotiation in my head about food just stopped.
