genuine question about regret that I am slightly embarrassed to ask

Resolved

stopped. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/survodutide is downstream of it. Titration speed, muscle cramps, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort stopped out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 5 months. My hs-CRP was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Second this question. I have wondered about stopped for 8 months and never seen a straight answer.

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

Maintenance for 22 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

About c/darkspot

Where the failure reports live. Orders that never arrived, tests that came back at 61%, side effects that ended someone's run, money lost to group buys, and decisions people would not make again. Heavily moderated for cruelty, not for pessimism.

c/darkspot rules
  1. No piling on. Someone posting a mistake is doing the community a favour.
  2. Still evidence-based: what went wrong, when, and what you can show.
  3. No "told you so" comments. They are removed without discussion.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
