The gel pack lasted 16 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.
Logger trace from my shipment: 21 hours at 39°C. Powder tested 98.3% against 98.4% claim. Tolerates more than the box implies.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
