two labs, two different baselines, two different purity numbers, both honest

Batch number? Date? Method? Give us the load-bearing fields.

What was the method? "HPLC" is a technique, not a method.

I am going to push back on this slightly.

Did they give you the chromatogram or just the summary line?

comment on what changed for me between week 80 and week 34 in c/tirzepatide · 6 points · 7 months ago

Did the constipation feel the same as on tirz or genuinely different?

comment on USDC — 23 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/cryptopay · 59 points · 7 months ago

Gas was crypto on Polygon so I used FGP instead. Confirmation in 17 blocks, vendor credited, done.

Strongly agree. Escrow is non-negotiable for groups.

unfunded-means-full-price is the NZ reality

The discount was 99.2% but gas ate half of it. Still worth it but the math matters.

Did you check confirmation speed on that chain?

CagriSema is a fixed combo in trials, not user-mixed

comment on [Meta] the certificate of analysis rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/coa · 99 points · 7 months ago

purity and net content are two different numbers, same vial

comment on unpopular opinion: chargeback is massively overrated in c/cryptopay · 35 points · 8 months ago

USDC exists on 5 networks, vendor credits are network-specific

Yeah, the constipation hit on day 17 for me too, not day 1.

comment on the Netherlands: area percent, and what it actually costs here in c/coa · 30 points · 8 months ago

This is the correct framing. The COA structure matters as much as the number.

comment on [Results] 67 weeks, 26kg, and gradient was the hard part in c/hplc · 0 points · 8 months ago

Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.

comment on is it normal to get sulphur burps at week 30 in c/cryptopay · 15 points · 9 months ago

Yeah, the network selection matters most.

Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.

comment on my eGFR moved and I cannot work out whether HPLC is why in c/hplc · 37 points · 9 months ago

the gradient is doing the separation work, not the column alone

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 82 weeks to accept.
