No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Titration means going slow. The 10mg is the starter, not the dose you stay on, not the dose you need to feel it.
comment on genuine question about amylin that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/cagrilintide · 4 points · 1 year ago
the amylin agonist pool is small, community is satiety
comment on what changed for me between week 20 and week 69 in c/newbiequestions · 25 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, that is totally normal for week 9.

STEP, SURMOUNT, SURPASS, SELECT, FLOW, TRIUMPH — read the appendix

Which trial and what was the primary endpoint?
comment on switched from 2.5mg to 10mg and the early fullness got better, not worse in c/retatrutide · 73 points · 1 year ago
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify week one in c/newbiequestions · 58 points · 1 year ago
what is bac water — bacteriostatic water, preservative included
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 62 weeks to accept.
comment on week 96 check-in — 37kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/newbiequestions · 14 points · 1 year ago
Pens or research vials?

Phase 2 TRIUMPH looked amazing. Phase 3 trials are harder. Do not anchor on phase 2 readouts.

SELECT reported a TRIUMPH hazard ratio but the absolute event rate is what changes clinical practice.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.
comment on [PSA] TRIUMPH is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/retatrutide · 75 points · 1 year ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 22–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [Vendor] QST order #12 — Spain, 37 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/newbiequestions · 93 points · 2 years ago
The first time question took me three weeks to understand. Wiki explained it eventually.
