comment on [Question] Ireland — has anyone got a straight answer on method development in c/hplc · 46 points · 1 year ago
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

the 2.4mg dose is not the target, it is just what the pen goes up to
comment on plateau — my 2-week log, condensed into one table in c/semaglutide · 271 points · 1 year ago
This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.

comment on 8 months in and chromatogram is still the thing I get wrong in c/hplc · 1.5k points · 2 years ago

The gel pack lasted 5 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.

Spain to Spain: 21 days with QSC and 23 days with GL Biochem. Same route, different carriers, variance is real.
comment on nobody warned me about early fullness and I would have liked the warning in c/semaglutide · 63 points · 2 years ago
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 1.7mg after 64 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
