Yeah, 503A and 503B are different regulatory animals.

comment on three years of units threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/reconstitution · 681 points · 1 year ago
stopper coring on the 5th draw because you keep using the same entry point. rotate.
comment on [Question] Australia — has anyone got a straight answer on what is in c/newbiequestions · 46 points · 1 year ago
no question too basic, read the wiki first, then ask anyway
Adding to this: week one is doing more work than the comment implies.

Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
comment on [Meta] the state board rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/compounding · 19 points · 1 year ago
no pharmacy referral codes, naming is fine, recruiting is not
comment on [Vendor] QST order #2 — Denmark, 37 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/bpc157 · 37 points · 1 year ago
This is correct.
Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 36 weeks to accept.
comment on anyone else notice units kicking in around week 4 in c/reconstitution · 17 points · 1 year ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

dead space is real and the syringe matters
comment on genuine question about regulatory that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/bpc157 · 10 points · 1 year ago

comment on reconstitution — my 21-week log, condensed into one table in c/reconstitution · 45 points · 1 year ago
What was the vial size and how much bac water?
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about compounding in c/compounding · 46 points · 1 year ago
Are we talking 503A or 503B?
comment on genuine question about 503B that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/compounding · 93 points · 1 year ago
Did they tell you their API source or dodge the question?
comment on what would you tell week-1 you about rodent data in c/bpc157 · 1 points · 1 year ago
Slight fix: the number was 99.3, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Meta] the beginner rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/newbiequestions · 19 points · 1 year ago
I am going to push back on this slightly.
comment on [Question] how do you actually verify units in c/reconstitution · 270 points · 1 year ago
Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 20–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.
comment on [Results] 57 weeks, 15kg, and BPC-157 was the hard part in c/bpc157 · 9 points · 1 year ago
BPC rodent data is a naming problem, three things are called this
comment on my TSH moved and I cannot work out whether API source is why in c/compounding · 86 points · 1 year ago
Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with 503B, not with what you concluded.
comment on help me understand units, I have read the wiki twice in c/reconstitution · 26 points · 1 year ago
This is correct. 2mL versus 7mL is the common mistake.
comment on week 96 check-in — 37kg down, early fullness manageable, one thing confusing me in c/newbiequestions · 1 points · 1 year ago
week two nothing happening — yes, that is normal
