Tried the split-dose thing for 18 weeks. Felt slightly smoother, lost at exactly the same rate. Went back to weekly.

Maintenance for 12 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Long-ish post, sorry. tl;dr at the bottom. I have been tracking maintenance against ApoB for 29 weeks because I could not find anyone who had. The correlation is weaker…
