Tried the split-dose thing for 20 weeks. Felt slightly smoother, lost at exactly the same rate. Went back to weekly.

Stalled at 0.25mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 95. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.

Confession thread, sort of. I went from 0.5mg to 12.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 20 weeks…
