ATTAIN and ACHIEVE are phase 16 trials
comment on is it normal to get nausea at week 30 in c/coldchain · 177 points · 1 year ago
the logger trace is the data that matters, not the packaging promises
comment on Spain: batch, and what it actually costs here in c/coa · 52 points · 1 year ago
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
comment on my hs-CRP moved and I cannot work out whether Zepbound is why in c/tirzepatide · 1 points · 1 year ago
the appetite change on tirz is more than just reduced hunger, it is different machinery
Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.
comment on someone explain tirzepatide to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/tirzepatide · 4 points · 1 year ago
This matches the trial data. SURMOUNT-1 was 97.9% body weight at 22 weeks.
comment on oral GLP-1 is the most under-discussed thing in c/darkspot in c/orforglipron · 1 points · 1 year ago
the supply conversation changes if this approves
Adding to this: oral GLP-1 is doing more work than the comment implies.
comment on switched from 12.5mg to 0.5mg and the injection-site soreness got better, not worse in c/coa · 177 points · 1 year ago
Removed a chain here. The rule is one line long and it is not negotiable.
comment on genuine question about glucagon that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/survodutide · 26 points · 2 years ago
MASH claims need the trial and the biopsy endpoint
comment on small win: dual agonist stopped being a problem at week 66 in c/tirzepatide · 250 points · 2 years ago
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
comment on three years of stability threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/coldchain · 67 points · 2 years ago
The gel pack lasted 11 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.
comment on the SURPASS thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/tirzepatide · 105 points · 2 years ago
SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
comment on batch — my 10-week log, condensed into one table in c/coa · 105 points · 2 years ago
Retitled to remove editorialising. Put the evidence in the body.
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for excursion posts in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 years ago
stability after excursion is not zero, it is dose-dependent
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for excursion posts in c/coldchain · 1 points · 2 years ago
Australia to Australia takes 6 days on average, variance is 13 days
comment on [Meta] proposal — a flair for excursion posts in c/coldchain · -21 points · 2 years ago
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
comment on reading survodutide threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/survodutide · 13 points · 2 years ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [Discussion] can we stop arguing about related substances until somebody posts a number in c/coa · 124 points · 2 years ago
the related substances line is where the story is
comment on three years of Mounjaro threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/tirzepatide · 18 points · 2 years ago
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.
comment on three years of Mounjaro threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/tirzepatide · 129 points · 2 years ago
stalled on sema, tried tirz, and the curves were actually different shapes
comment on [Lab] 13th independent test on BCH, and the trend is the interesting part in c/tirzepatide · 652 points · 2 years ago
What was the trial arm you are quoting from? SURMOUNT-1, -2, -3 are all different.
