why does nobody talk about appetite
Confession thread, sort of. I went from 2.4mg to 0.5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 2 weeks…

The half-life is 10 hours, which means week 10 is genuinely still ramp-up. Week 34 is steady state.
