Germany: dual agonist, and what it actually costs here

Trial Data Sourced ×4 Slow Clap ×3

Week 81 update. 7kg down from the start, reflux basically gone since about week 38.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with reflux.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

Week 19 for me and the honest summary is: 42kg down, injection-site soreness manageable, and I have thought about food maybe four times today.

the safety profile is not just tirzepatide amplified

Yeah, glucagon co-agonism is genuinely different.

You have restated the marketing copy. What is the actual substance here.

MASH claims need the trial and the biopsy endpoint

The practical rule people converge on is 28 days at fridge temperature after first puncture, and that comes from the preservative, not the peptide.
