This matches the trial data. SURMOUNT-1 was 93.7% body weight at 6 weeks.

Tried both. Sema worked, tirz worked better for me, but my nausea profile was worse on tirz.

Switched from sema at 2.4mg to tirz at 10mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.
