interval stretching is the most under-discussed thing in c/progresspics

Trial Data Cold Box ×1

tapering. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/glp1eu is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort tapering out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 20 months. My A1c was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Canada here. Waited 6 months on a list, gave up, went private, and the total cost was roughly what I expected.

Not to be pedantic but discontinuation and appetite return are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Yeah, regain is not a failure.

About c/tapering

Stopping on purpose: dose reduction versus interval stretching, what the discontinuation arms of STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-4 actually showed about regain, appetite return timelines, and the people who came off, regained, and went back on without treating it as a failure.
