[Vendor] QST order #13 — Canada, 15 days, no drama, receipts inside
Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.
The advice on constipation in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.
I have listed what I think the current consensus is below. Correct me — that is the point of posting it.
best — the order this archive was captured in
I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

the muscle cramps passes. i promise. not medical advice.
This is correct. The early fullness is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
The constipation passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 24 weeks and it was basically gone.
The reflux passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 16 weeks and it was basically gone.
Same experience. Week 12 and it simply stopped. I know that is not useful information but it is what happened.

the food-noise thing stops around week 96 for most people
early fullness at 2.4mg is different from 0.5mg
early fullness at 2.5mg is different from 0.5mg
That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.
the the food-noise thing passes. i promise. not medical advice.
Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.
