someone explain semaglutide to me like I have not read a paper in years
semaglutide. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.
Everything else people worry about in c/researchpeptides is downstream of it. Titration speed, reflux, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort semaglutide out first, and almost nobody does.
I say this having got it wrong for 2 months. My ApoB was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

My early fullness was worst at 1.0mg and better at 0.5mg, which makes no sense and I have stopped trying to explain it.
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
Every time this gets posted it hits the front page and every time someone has to re-explain it.
This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 1.7mg after 69 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
week 17 on the pen, 45kg down, this is the answer
