am I the only one who found titration harder than the injections
Week 17 update. 28kg down from the start, early fullness basically gone since about week 57. Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with early fullness. The part that surprised me is how much of this is…
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on

titration speed is weekly dosing plus side effects, period

pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.
Went up because the scale stalled, not because I needed to. Do not be me. The stall broke on its own at the higher dose.
the nausea passes. i promise. not medical advice.

Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 99.1. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
