week 36 check-in — 27kg down, sulphur burps manageable, one thing confusing me
Right, the weekly dosing question again, but with numbers this time. I have 9 data points over 40 weeks. The pattern is consistent enough that I do not think it is chance, and boring enough that nobody is going to screenshot it, which is usually a good sign. The thing I would flag for anyone new: the effect I am…
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.
Went up because the scale stalled, not because I needed to. Do not be me. The stall broke on its own at the higher dose.
This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.
Cosigning. The slow route gets the outcome, the fast route gets you the side effects.
Small correction: the trial was 14 weeks, not 17. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
