[Question] Australia — has anyone got a straight answer on food noise

Question Receipts ×2

Genuinely asking, not being difficult.

Everyone in c/glp1canada repeats that food noise is important. I believe it, but I have never seen anyone show why, and when I search I get 7 threads of people agreeing with each other.

Is there a paper? Is there a measurement? Or is this one of those things that is true because it has been repeated since 2023?

I am not trying to be the "source?" guy. I would just like a source.

This is what I tell everyone in c/newbiequestions and they never believe me until week 74.

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with plateau, not with what you concluded.

Cosigning. The slow route gets the outcome, the fast route gets you the side effects.

Are you on a pen or research vial? Because the trajectory is different.

Hard agree. Week 27 me needed this. Week 76 me is nodding smugly.

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

c/semaglutide rules
  1. No requests for a personal dose recommendation — describe what you did, not what someone else should do.
  2. Results posts need a timeframe and a starting point, or they get removed as unverifiable.
  3. Brand, compounded and research-grade material are all on-topic. Sourcing requests are not — that is c/vendorvetting.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
