Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 12.5mg, week 51, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — weekly dosing — and tracked it for 15 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

I did the fast version. 2.4mg to 2.4mg in 15 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.
Yeah, 82 weeks on 1.0mg, same pattern, same timing.
Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Not to be pedantic but titration and semaglutide are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.
