bacteriostatic water — my 8-week log, condensed into one table
I have had 5 orders now and I keep a table, so here is the honest summary rather than a vibe. Material has been consistent. Communication has not. Shipping has varied by about 24 days on nominally the same lane, which matters more in summer than in February. The independent number came back 96.8% against a claimed…
Dead space in the needle hub holds a small but non-trivial volume. On low-volume draws that can be several units.
Flair changed to match the content. Read the sidebar before posting next time and we are square.
Slight fix: the number was 97.6, not 97.4. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Two vials, two different concentrations, forgot which was which, almost made a 19 times error. Now I label everything.
This is correct. 2mL versus 14mL is the common mistake.

Disagree on that part. 99.2% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.
Small correction: the trial was 3 weeks, not 33. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.
the concentration on the vial in marker is the most important step
dosing errors come from people reconstituting two vials differently and forgetting which is which
